Payard Patisserie and Bistro at Caesars Place hosts acclaimed Chef and chocolatier Francois Payard. The atmosphere is elegant with rich colors, hand-crafted woodwork, crystal and creamy-white leather.

François Payard began his culinary career in Paris in 1988 and has since received a list of accolades that is numerous.

Their traditional dining room bistro features crepes, croissants, a variety of Panini sandwiches, Black Angus burgers and pasta dishes for example. They serve breakfast and lunch until 3 pm. The pastry counter is open until 11 pm to satisfy your sweet cravings.

The pastry and chocolate shops offer a variety of Chef Payard’s signature chocolates, homemade ice creams, sorbets and luscious pastries. Brilliant ice creams include Szechuan pepper ice cream and gorgonzola.

Payard Patisserie and Bistro at Caesars Place also offers three distinct experiences. They offer traditional table service in their dining room, along with casual counter-service chocolate and pastry shops.
