Mesa Grill - Bobby Flay


Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas showcases mouth-watering Southwestern cuisine. The famous Bobby Flay is the master chef at the Mesa Grill and presents dishes such as Mexican spice rubbed pork tenderloin with bourbon-ancho chili sauce and coffee rubbed filet mignon in mushroom-ancho chile sauce.

They serve lunch and dinner until 11 pm. The meal cost is about $40+.
