Restaurant Guy Savoy is located on the 2nd floor of the Augustus Tower at Caesars Palace. It seats 75 guests. They are open Wednesday through Sunday from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Examples of the delicious selections are artichoke and black truffle soup, red snapper, prime beef tenderloin and paleron, roasted foie gras “en cocotte” cardamom infused duck bouillon with glazed chestnuts and galette grand caraque.
